Position SummaryThe Director of Apparel is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the apparel stores, ensuring they
run smoothly and effectively. Enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage
staff effectively.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities Work with designers to develop new apparel items.
Implement store policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, and complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions.
Responsible for ordering and receiving new products.
Ensure proper data entry into Shopify.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Responsible for staffing stores for games, concerts, and events.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Retail Manager, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
