Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our boutique team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, and maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury retail setting. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a hands-on manager who thrives in a high-touch environment and is comfortable supporting both in-store and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales growth and consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience aligned with luxury service standards
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect a polished, high-end environment
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including VIP clientele
  • Support and execute social media initiatives to enhance store visibility and client engagement
  • Assist with e-commerce operations, including learning and utilizing Shopify
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or premium apparel
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading successful teams
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for business promotion
  • Willingness to learn and work within Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and client service
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 2–3 Saturdays per month.
