About the Company
Yibi Hantang is a brand management and China market growth partner for international luxury and lifestyle brands. We help overseas brands explore opportunities in China through market strategy, brand partnerships, licensing, product development, content and channel execution, while protecting their long-term brand value.
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in New York to expand our relationships with US and North American brands across luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry and premium lifestyle sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach high-potential US and North American brands
- Build relationships with founders, executives and international business teams
- Develop China market entry, licensing and strategic partnership opportunities
- Manage early-stage outreach, meetings, proposals and follow-ups
- Understand each brand’s positioning, priorities and commercial needs
- Coordinate with our China team on market research and partnership development
- Represent Yibi Hantang at relevant industry events and business meetings
Qualifications
- Experience in brand partnerships, business development, licensing or international expansion
- Background in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry or premium lifestyle industries
- Strong understanding of the US brand and consumer landscape
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage confidently with founders and senior executives
- Professional English
- Knowledge of the China market is an advantage
