E-commerce Executive, MontblancThe RoleThe E-commerce Executive will be supporting the growth and development of local e-commerce and Maison’s digital proposition for the MEIA markets. Reporting directly to the Head of E-Commerce, he/she will effectively be taking ownership of daily operations, merchandising, monitoring and supporting on the overall commercial strategy with the internal & external teams.

Key Responsibilities Include

Support the management the E-commerce website and work closely with internal teams across Operations, Merchandising, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure that it aligns with the latest product launches and sales targets.

Manage day-to day ecommerce operations & performance reporting

Work with different parties to ensure a smooth process of order fulfilment and deliveries

Manage online product assortment planning, stock, pricing, merchandising and campaign calendar to deliver an excellent customer experience working closely with marketing team

Work with merchandising team on accurate and effective stock forecast to grow the business

Content development & management including localisation of homepage & landing pages liaising with the online flagship & marketing teams (HQ and local markets)

Collaborate with digital team to define annual E-commerce launch plan and strategies

Support the Head of E-Commerce in delivering online sales growth through maximising traffic, conversions and ROI on the platform using analysis and creative thinking combined

Monitor site analytics and provide monthly / weekly sales & performance reports to improve performance and drive all online activity decision-making for the website

Drive wholesale stock and assortment management with 3rd party partners and platforms

Monitor competitor activity, identifying trading opportunities where a market can maximise on sales.

Profile

To be successful in your application, you will be a versatile professional with a clear understanding of E-Commerce (trading, merchandising, operations, UX).

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-Commerce. Proven success experience in building e-Commerce business via various channels such as DTC, phone sales.

Background in ecommerce trading, website merchandising, stock management and analytics within the region

Digital savvy and can think out of the box. Strong passion for web, mobile, technologies to create an exceptional customer experience

A passion for luxury brands and fashion is advantageous

Strong business sense, and at the same time, good technical sensibility and understanding

Solid project management skills

Strong analytical & commercial skills with a very strong proficiency in XLS

Ability to work and grow in a complex and multicultural environment

Experience in using relevant tools will be a plus (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, JIRA, Looker, Data Studio or an equivalent analytics tool)

With an analytical mind, you will be able to increase E-Commerce sales by proposing a strong strategy

The role requires someone who is client centric, understanding what will create a great digital experience and keeping the eCommerce site fresh and relevant across Desktop, Mobile and Tablet.
