Looking to fill a position that will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our online store backend, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers
- Optimize product pages, including writing compelling product descriptions, managing inventory, and updating pricing.
- Assist with the processing and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Oversee inventory management and ensure timely pickup and delivery by coordinating with the offline store team.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Graduation in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce.
- Proficient in using ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento etc.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for ecommerce and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our online business.
- Proficiency in English langauge.
