Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Istanbul for an E-commerce & Online Sales Specialist. The individual will be responsible for managing online sales channels, analyzing sales data, optimizing e-commerce performance, and delivering excellent customer service. Other key tasks include developing marketing strategies, implementing sales promotions, and collaborating with different teams to enhance the customer online shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-commerce operations and an understanding of commerce principles
- Strong Analytical Skills for sales data interpretation and performance optimization
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and resolve inquiries effectively
- Experience in Sales and driving online sales performance
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of fashion or retail industry trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
