Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our D2C website and marketplace operations, ensuring smooth management, sales optimization, and digital marketing performance. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Indian clothing industry, handling end-to-end e-commerce operations, digital advertising (Meta, Google, PLA), and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

1.E-commerce Operations & Strategy

– Manage and optimize the company’s D2C website and marketplace presence (Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio Luxe, etc.).

– Develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer experience, and enhance brand presence across all platforms.

– Ensure seamless product listing, inventory management, pricing strategy, and order fulfilment across all channels.

2.Digital Marketing & Ads Management

– Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Product Listing Ads (PLA) to drive traffic and sales.

– Work with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

– Track and analyse ad performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

3.Marketplace Management & Growth

– Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers for better visibility and promotional opportunities.

– Optimize search rankings, brand visibility, and product placement on various marketplaces.

– Monitor marketplace policies and trends to stay competitive.

4.Payment Reconciliation & Financial Oversight

– Track, verify, and reconcile payments from marketplaces, payment gateways, and D2C sales.

– Handle disputes, refunds, and chargebacks while ensuring financial accuracy.

– Work closely with the accounts team to manage payouts and commissions.

5.Performance Monitoring & Data Analytics

– Analyse sales reports, traffic trends, conversion rates, and ad performance metrics to drive business decisions.

– Identify opportunities for improvement in UX, conversion rates, and marketing strategies.

– Keep up with e-commerce trends, new platform features, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience:5+ yearsin e-commerce management within theIndian clothing/fashion industry.

✅ Platforms Knowledge: Strong experience managingShopify, (D2C) and marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio Luxe, Tata Cliq.

✅ Digital Marketing Skills: Hands-on expertise inMeta Ads, Google Ads, PLA, and performance marketing.

✅ Financial Acumen: Experience withpayment reconciliation, settlement reports, and handling payouts from marketplaces.

✅ Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Ability to make data-backed decisions usingGoogle Analytics, Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards.

✅ Team Player & Leadership: Ability to collaborate with internal teams(marketing, finance, logistics, and design)to drive growth.
