Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager role based in Faridabad. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee day-to-day online store operations, including product listings, pricing, content updates, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment workflows. The role involves monitoring website performance, analyzing customer behavior, and optimizing conversion rates and user experience across all digital touchpoints. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns, manage promotions, and ensure brand consistency across marketplaces and the company website. This position also includes managing third-party platforms, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing regular reports to support data-driven decisions and growth in online revenue.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce skills, including online store management, marketplace handling, and basic familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools.
  • Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills, such as campaign planning, digital merchandising, and understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, including exposure to online sales funnels, upselling and cross-selling techniques, and revenue optimization.
  • Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and using insights to improve website performance and customer experience.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customer support as needed.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer brands, and familiarity with sustainable or ethical products, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and comfort working with spreadsheets or reporting dashboards is preferred.
