About the Role

We’re looking for a self-driven E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online

business growth across marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience

in running and monitoring Product Listing Ads (PLAs), optimizing product visibility, and

driving sales performance in the apparel category.

This role requires a strategic thinker with an execution mindset and a deep understanding of

how marketplace algorithms, performance ads, and data insights fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Strategy & Growth

 Own and drive revenue targets, margins, and marketplace performance across

platforms.

 Including product launches, promotions

 Build and manage relationships with category and account managers to unlock

platform opportunities.

Advertising & Performance Marketing

 Manage and optimize PLA (Product Listing Ads) on Myntra and Amazon for

maximum visibility and ROI.

 Track, analyze, and improve advertising KPIs — ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and

CVR.

Operations & Inventory Management

 Monitor product listings for accuracy

 Coordinate inventory planning with operations and warehouse teams to maintain

stock health.

Analytics & Reporting

 Use data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.

 Present performance insights and recommendations to the leadership team regularly.

 Maintain and improve performance dashboards across channels.

Qualifications & Skills

 Minimum 3–6 years of experience managing marketplaces (Amazon and Myntra

required).

 Strong understanding of marketplace advertising (AMS, Myntra Ads) and analytics

tools.

 Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and marketplace dashboards.

 Prior experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred.

 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

 Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
