Course Consultant
- Call out to potential customers and create appointment to schedule center visit for center tour, consultation, trial classand placement test.
- Deliver excellent customer experience at all times.
- Build good relationships and provide solutions to the needs and concerns of parents.
- Provide professional consultations to introduce English 1 courses and create learning plans based on customer needs (sales).
- Increase sales of English 1 course products through consistent customer follow-ups.
- Manage schedules and input student/parent data into the CRM/OMNI system.
- Observe the MFL process to understand prospective students’ abilities.
- Collect OPT results from teachers and communicate them to parents.
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
Progress Advisor
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and study updates.
- Organize and participate in parent-related events and activities.
- Handle parent inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely updates on any academic or schedule changes.
- Deliver excellent customer experience at all times.
- Resell core programs and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Reactivate inactive or dropped-out students.
- Manage student, parent, and group data using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with teachers and other departments.
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, confident and outgoing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Sales ability in delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals
- Good emotion and stress control
- Can-do attitude, emotional intelligent and passion
- Ability to work on weekends if needed
- Sales or education industry experience is a bonus
- Essential Qualifications
- College/University graduate
- Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office Package)
- Salary Range : Rp 2.8juta – 4.2juta
- Monthly bonuses and yearly reward are applicable
