Job Summary
Do you have a passion for helping people look and feel their best? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our growing team as we continue to expand and grow our business in a busy dermatology office.
In this role, you will provide personalized skincare treatments and recommend products to help clients achieve their skin health goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their skills in both aesthetics and dermatology while contributing to the growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skin and body treatments including facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and more
- Educate clients on skincare routines and best practices
- Recommend products tailored to individual client needs
- Build strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
- Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms in accordance with safety standards
- Promote services and contribute to patient growth and retention
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of esthetician experience (required)
- Experience with skincare equipment such as Hydrafacial or Cryoskin preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare techniques and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
