Store Manager / Senior Menswear Specialist – Fremont, California

Shiv Chawla Bespoke Atelier is an established Vancouver, Canada-based luxury fashion and bespoke menswear company. We are planning our expansion into Fremont, California, with a new location specializing in Indian ethnic menswear, bespoke and made-to-measure suits, wedding wear, and luxury menswear.
We are looking for a highly experienced Store Manager / Senior Menswear Specialist who has strong knowledge of both Indian ethnic menswear and Western formal/bespoke menswear and can take responsibility for managing and developing our new Fremont location.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall day-to-day store operations
* Lead, train, and support the sales team
* Provide professional styling and wardrobe consultations
* Handle high-end and wedding clients
* Strong knowledge of Sherwanis, Indo-Western outfits, Kurtas, Achkans, and Indian wedding menswear
* Strong knowledge of men’s suits, tuxedos, shirts, fabrics, fits, measurements, and alterations
* Manage bespoke and made-to-measure orders from consultation through final fitting and delivery
* Build strong, long-term client relationships
* Handle customer follow-ups and generate repeat and referral business
* Drive sales and achieve store targets
* Maintain luxury-level merchandising and store presentation
* Assist with inventory, ordering, and overall store performance
* Work closely with ownership to successfully establish and grow the Fremont location
Ideal Candidate
* Strong previous experience in luxury menswear, bespoke tailoring, made-to-measure, Indian ethnic wear, or premium fashion retail
* Previous store management, assistant management, or senior sales experience
* Excellent understanding of men’s measurements, fitting, fabrics, and alterations
* Strong knowledge of Indian wedding and ethnic menswear
* Excellent sales and client relationship skills
* Strong leadership and team-management ability
* Professional appearance and communication skills
* Self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of store operations
* Experience working with high-end clientele is preferred
Candidates with experience in both Indian ethnic menswear and bespoke/Western suiting will be given preference.
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience, knowledge, and qualifications, with the possibility of performance-based incentives.
