Reporting to the Spa Treatment Manager, you will engage guests with bespoke massage and body treatments.
Your role is vital to creating a serene spa environment and exceeding our guests’ expectations through outstanding service and professionalism. Ensure your work area is pristine and stocked while expanding your skills through training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various massage techniques and body treatments
• Provide friendly, engaging, and professional service
• Maintain cleanliness in treatment areas at all times
• Keep an organized supply inventory for treatments
• Participate in in-house training for product knowledge
Requirements:
• Previous spa experience is highly preferred
• Body Work certification from an accredited school
• Experience with facials, massages, and body treatments
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and courtesy
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
