As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Brand Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sustainable fashion, with strong organizational skills and an eye for content creation and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
️ Wholesale Account Coordination
Maintain relationships with existing wholesale partners and seek out new opportunities.
Process wholesale orders, invoices, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with production to manage stock availability and delivery timelines.
Create and update wholesale sales materials, including linesheets, lookbooks, and order forms.
Assist in developing wholesale pricing strategies to align with market trends and brand positioning.
E-Commerce Management
Oversee daily operations of the online store, ensuring products, pricing, and inventory are up to date.
Optimize website performance and customer experience to drive conversions.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics to improve sales and engagement.
Influencer Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute influencer and brand ambassador partnerships.
Manage outreach, gifting, and collaborations to maximize brand exposure.
Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Social Content & Channel Management
Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Engage with the community, respond to inquiries, and foster brand loyalty.
Work alongside creative teams to align content with brand aesthetics and messaging.
General Office & Logistics Coordination
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Coordinate wholesale shipments, tracking orders, and managing documentation.
Handle logistics, shipping, and import/export processes to ensure timely deliveries.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of industry experience – e-commerce, wholesale, or digital marketing (fashion industry preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of Shopify or equivalent & social media management tools.
Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion.
An eye for styling and content creation for social platforms.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
English & Turkish language proficiency
