Responsibilities
- Support the design team throughout the full collection development process
- Assist with research, moodboards, and visual references for each season
- Help develop design ideas, silhouettes, and garment construction details
- Prepare sketches, technical drawings, and visual presentations
- Support fabric, trim, colour, and material research
- Assist with fittings, sample follow-up, and alteration notes
- Organize design samples, swatches, and brand archives
- Support production processes, quality control, and studio organization
Qualifications
- Degree in Fashion Design
- Prior experience in a fashion house or design studio
- Strong foundation in fashion illustration and technical drawing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator in particular
- Solid knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction techniques
- Attuned to global fashion movements, archive references, and emerging aesthetics
- Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment
Location: Istanbul
Duration: Min. 6 months, full-time
