We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Fashion Jewelry Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our collections.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Translate emerging fashion trends into commercially successful jewelry collections, leading the process from initial concept through final sample production.
Trend Research & Forecasting: Monitor global runway shows, social media, and digital platforms to identify, analyze, and forecast emerging fashion and jewelry trends.
Sample Development & Factory Communication: Prepare detailed design specifications and technical layouts for sample production. Communicate effectively with international factories regarding product development, quality standards, and target costing.
Market Research & Travel: Attend key industry trade shows and conduct domestic and international market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in fashion jewelry design.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain highly organized workflows.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Language: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with global factories and internal teams.
