Nialaya Jewelry is a dynamic, fast moving designer jewelry company for men and women. Located on the most exclusive part of Melrose Ave in Los Angeles with its office, flagship and creative studio under one roof, this is where our pieces are designed and crafted. We are made up of a small but mighty international team that sells to high end online shops, fashion department stores and jewelry boutiques internationally.
We are looking for a results driven office associate to be responsible for the store retail, inventory maintenance and customer service and order fulfillment in our office space. Responsibilities may include store and stock merchandising, managing email, phone and in-person, customer service communications and fulfilling online orders. You will be working in store and in office at our Nialaya Headquarters in the heart of the Melrose Avenue Fashion District.
SCHEDULE:
Full-time / 40 hours per week with rotating hours / weekend schedule.
Hours between:
8:AM-4:PM to 10:AM-6:PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily office and retail operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person, via email, and by phone
- Manage store administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Handle returns, inventory maintenance, and stock organization
- Process and fulfill online and third-party orders accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory control and stock management
- Maintain and update back-end operational systems and spreadsheets
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years fashion retail experience
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and jewelry
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative, driven, and able to take initiative
- Experience with Excel and/or Shopify is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
