Mary Frances Accessories is a women-owned fashion accessories brand with over 30 years of success across the U.S. We design all products in-house and sell through our website as well as major wholesale partners nationwide.
We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and resourceful sales & ops professional to become a right-hand support partner to leadership in our fast-moving wholesale business.
This is an operations-heavy role for someone who understands how inventory, order flow, spreadsheets, fulfillment, and day-to-day business operations work together inside a lean company environment. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage major account product templates using Excel and CSV files
- Support wholesale order flow, inventory coordination, and allocation timelines
- Work in ERP systems (Sage 100) to maintain operational records and reports
- Support Amazon Vendor Central and ecommerce operational tasks
- Assist with sales support projects, spreadsheets, and account materials
- Coordinate product/sample management
- Support leadership with operational follow-through and business coordination
- Assist fulfillment operations during peak shipping periods when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in wholesale, distribution, ecommerce, or inventory-based businesses
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful with a small-business mentality
- ERP experience required; Sage 100 is a plus
- Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, or Faire experience is a plus
