Itsallieslife is a fast growing clothing resale business run primarily via Poshmark. 90% of sales are made through hosting daily live shows, where we sell a curated mix of trendy apparel and luxury accessories to an engaged customer base. This role offers exposure to both the creative and analytical sides of the retail and resale industry, with hands-on experience in fashion merchandising, e-commerce operations, and overall business strategy.

Role Overview
This assistant will play an integral role in the daily operations of the itsallieslife business. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to curating live shows, listing and pricing inventory, packing orders, and routine data tracking. This position is ideal for people interested in fashion merchandising, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
Top Priority Responsibilities
●Prep and list inventory on Poshmark (photography, descriptions, and pricing)
●Assist with packing, shipping, and order fulfillment
●Update and maintain inventory spreadsheets
Secondary Responsibilities / Growth Opportunities
●Manage business social media pages
●Research market comps and pricing strategies
●Track KPIs and create simple routine reports/charts on business performance
●Analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities
●Contribute ideas for optimizing live selling shows and customer engagement
Qualifications
● Required: strong interest and knowledge in contemporary women’s fashion and brands such as but not limited to ALO Yoga, Lululemon, Abercrombie & Fitch, Aritzia, etc.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting
● Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
