KREWE is hiring ourNew York Flagship General Manager for our Maison du Krewe in the Meatpacking District.This is a unique opportunity to represent our brand on a global scale by providing world-class “in-person” customer experiences through a one-of-a-kind shopping experience reflective of KREWE’s spirit of hospitality and creativity. You will act as a KREWE ambassador and host of the store by providing leadership to your team and continuously raising the bar for exceptional customer experiences and the delivery of impeccable brand standards. In this role you will be responsible for consistently achieving sales & profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards and developing a highly successful team that will be motivated to grow, contribute and advance with KREWE.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Business Leader

Develop and execute the brand’s retail strategies including exceptional customer experiences, client relations management, employee performance, and community connectivity increasing the brand awareness, driving traffic into the store, and broadening and developing the clientele base

Successfully leads community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand awareness

Build robust store events strategy to drive brand awareness in the market, increase traffic to store, and generate incremental revenue

Manage and deliver P&L financial expectations in all categories (products, events, expenses)

Aware of business trends that relate to the success of the store and brand

Make informed recommendations for store opportunities that will lead to increased sales, attract incremental traffic and further enhance customer relationships and the overall in-store experience

Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI’s to develop and support business driving strategies

Lead team by leveraging company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals

Identify and communicate individual and team training needs

Community Engagement + Events Leader
