Role Description
We’re looking for a Freelance Talent & Brand Partnerships Consultant to help drive commercial opportunities across both our talent roster and our culture partners. This role is focused on proactive outreach, pitching and deal-making connecting talent and cultural platforms with brands to create meaningful, revenue-generating collaborations.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and secure commercial brand deals for Hot Sauce’s talent roster (this role is not focused on campaign casting) and culture partners.
- Proactively outreach to brands and agencies to pitch talent and culture partners for partnerships, ambassadorships and collaborations.
- Develop and deliver tailored partnership proposals and pitch decks that create value for both brands and cultural partners.
- Leverage a strong network across fashion, music, tech, beauty and culture to generate opportunities.
- Develop partnership proposals that align with both client and brand objectives.
- Work closely with the Hot Sauce team to position clients in the right commercial and cultural spaces.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies and platforms to create ongoing opportunities.
Must have:
- 3+ years experience in talent partnerships, brand partnerships or commercial partnerships.
- A proven track record of securing brand deals and partnerships.
- Experience working across fashion, music, tech, beauty or culture-led brands.
- A strong “black book” of brand and agency contacts and the ability to open doors.
- Confidence in outreach, pitching and closing commercial deals.
- Start-up mindset.
