What You’ll Do:
Conduct thorough, dependable research to the highest standards and recommend the most suitable roles and positions to match skills with business objectives
Identify, vet and recruit the highest quality freelancers and contractors across many sectors (e.g. SDRs, sales closers, proposal writers, graphic designers, SEO specialists, etc)
Perform initial screenings, schedule meetings, coordinate follow-ups, negotiate terms, and keep us on track towards our talent acquisition goals
An exceptional candidate will analyze our business interests and goals to proactively recommend effective talent solutions to further advance these objectives
What You’ll Bring:
U.S. based and fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Minimum three years experience as a contract recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
Expert sourcing and vetting capabilities combined with critical thinking skills
Commitment to excellence
High level of organization with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency
