**Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategic Leadership:**
– Develop and execute the overall fashion retail strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
– Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
– Provide strategic guidance on product assortment, pricing, and positioning to maximize revenue and market share.
2. **Operational Excellence:**
– Oversee day-to-day operations of the fashion division, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
– Collaborate with inventory management to optimize stock levels, minimize excess, and improve inventory turnover.
– Implement best practices for store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service.
3. **Financial Management:**
– Develop and manage budgets for the fashion division, monitoring financial performance against targets.
– Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
– Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
