Role Purpose

We are looking for a Government Relations Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The person will act as the company’s point of contact and representative, and carry out all duties related to Immigration, Human Resources and Government Services including typing of application forms, submission, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Represent BFL Group in Immigration, Government Authorities, and Labour departments.

Ensure all GRE activities are being carried out, are in accordance with company policies and any legal and regulatory requirements.

Organize all routine processing of Immigration documents e.g. residence, work permits, medical examination, and visas, to complete all the necessary legal formalities.

Enter the visa details into the online software both in English and Arabic.

Registering new employees for GOSI/Mudad and cancelling exiting employees subscription.

Handle medical insurance registrations and claims.

Provide timely updates to internal teams regarding expiries of documents and avoid any possible fines.

Preparing the documents for license renewals of the entities.

Ensure the legal documentation and renewals of the company are updated and renewed on time.

Represent the company to the legal authorities and ministry at any required time.

Renew, update, and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities.

Oversee that all paperwork is submitted on time to the required government authorities for approval and is processed within the agreed time limit.

Qualifications

Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar field

Valid KSA driving license

Good oral, written, and inter-personal communications skills in English and Arabic
