Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients and managing check-ins/check-outs.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and techniques.
Handle retail transactions accurately, applying retail math as necessary for product sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role; barbering skills are a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean workspace consistently.
Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales management is advantageous.
A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
