Responsibilities:
-NJ Cosmetology license required
– Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair.
– Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning and scalp massages.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
– Adhere to salon policies and procedures.
– Upsell salon products and services to clients.
Skills:
– Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
– Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products and increase revenue.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
– Willingness to mentor junior stylists and share knowledge and expertise.
