Duties:
– Provide hair styling services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, and styling.
– Perform hair threading and makeup application as requested by clients.
– Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
– Utilize salon software to manage appointments, track client preferences, and process payments.
– Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.
– Actively participate in retail sales efforts by promoting salon products to clients.
Skills:
– Must have a valid cosmetology license.
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
– Familiarity with salon software systems for appointment scheduling and payment processing.
– Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Strong sales skills to promote salon retail products.
