Responsibilities
- Provide salon services with artistic freedom, including colors, perms, fashion trends, and the latest styles
- Build and retain your clientele, work with walk-in customers, and maximize earnings through commissions or hourly pay, whichever is higher
- Participate in ongoing training online and in-person to elevate your skills
- Utilize the online booking system to grow your clientele
