Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and passionate cosmetologists and barbers to join our team. We are the pros in mens hair and you will be responsible for providing hair services to our clients, including cutting hair and styling. This is a great location with salary potential of $25 to $38 per hour including base pay, bonuses, tips and commissions. Your creativity and attention to detail will help our clients achieve their desired look and leave feeling like MVP’s! We are currently offering up to a $1,000 sign on bonus based on experience and full/part time offer acceptance.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their satisfaction with each visit
– Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate styles and treatments
– Perform haircuts, trims, and styling according to client preferences
– Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Assist in mentoring junior stylists and providing guidance when needed
Qualifications:
– Valid cosmetology or barber license required
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, barber or similar role
– Proficient in a variety of hair styling techniques
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
