Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, based on client preferences and requests.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
Consult with clients to understand their individual needs and desires, offering personalized solutions for their hair concerns and goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships, and providing an exceptional salon experience.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment, assisting and supporting colleagues when needed.
Adhere to salon policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to create a safe and comfortable space for clients and staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Passion for the beauty and fashion industry, staying updated with the latest trends, styles, and products.
Demonstrated proficiency in various hair techniques and styles.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client appointments.
