Job Overview
We are seeking talented and passionate beauty professionals to join our vibrant salon community by renting a booth in our Hair and Nail Salon. This opportunity is perfect for licensed cosmetologists, nail technicians, or beauty specialists who are looking to establish their own clientele in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a booth renter, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule, set your prices, and provide exceptional services to your clients.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair and nail services, including but not limited to haircuts, styling, coloring, manicures, and pedicures.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and greeting clients with excellent customer service.
Utilize retail math skills to manage product sales effectively and maintain inventory levels.
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading techniques.
Promote retail products to enhance client experiences and boost sales.
Experience
A valid cosmetology or nail technician license is required.
Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in beauty products.
Proficiency in makeup application techniques is desirable.
Knowledge of straight razor techniques is beneficial but not required.
