We are looking for a colorists/stylists to be part of the team. The qualified candidate is punctual, pleasant attitude, a team player and excited to be a part of a growing, ‘start-up’ brand. Responsibilities include performing single process color application, blow dry services, shampoo clients, cleaning/restocking and being enthusiastic about the customer experience. Available to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

We are system based salon concept where the client moves from station to station. We have a structured outline of salon operations and every employee is an important part of the client experience.
Responsibilities
Participate in daily salon operations & client service needs
Pleasant demeanor, greet clients and customer service
Computer skills (we are a technology driven salon)
Phone etiquette and smart schedule problem solving
Learn and understand our very own manufactured color brand line
Perform simple maintenance services for all equipment
Apply clean hygiene practices across all stations
Ensure all services meet high quality standards & applications
Promote services, products and offers to potential salon clients in a friendly style following company standards
Skills
Proven work experience as a colorist/stylist and/or assistant duties
Proven work experience behind the chair, customer service
Promote and inform in membership atmosphere or product field
Excellent knowledge of hair color application methods (bottle & bowl/brush)
Basic math knowledge including decimals/fractions and ratios
Excellent organizational skills, being punctual & overall neat
Ability to handle customers’ requests and challenges with grace
Current and Active FL State Cosmetology License (or obtain within 2 months of hire)
Newly graduated STUDENTS encouraged to apply for fast-track to start hands-on services

New Store Opening Announcements
The brand new salon location is under construction and scheduled to open in June/July 2024.
The salon is located inside of Walmart on Belvedere Road and will be brand new everything! There is an extreme amount of foot traffic.
Applicants will have the opportunity for phone interviews and any in-person interviews will be at the Coral Springs, FL salon location.
Any training before Grand Opening will take place in Coral Springs, FL and will require new hires to attend.

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
