Job Overview
Reveal Hair Salon is looking for a talented stylist to join the team! We are a boutique salon, offering everything from haircuts, color and specialty treatments.
We empower and motivate stylists with our flexible commission scale, designed to maximize your commission as you grow your book. We’re looking for experienced stylists who want the payout of running their own studio, without the burden of having to do everything themselves.
We’re offering an additional bonus incentive to new stylists, stylists can earn up to $10,000.
Responsibilities:
Provide hair services to guests, including haircuts, coloring, treatments, and more
Assist with scheduling appointments and greeting guests as needed
Upsell salon products and services to guests
Help keep the salon environment clean
Requirements:
Valid Connecticut cosmetology license
At least 3-years’ experience as a Hair Salon Stylist
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests
Knowledge of retail sales techniques and ability to upsell salon products
