We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through exceptional hair care services. You will be responsible for providing a range of hair styling, coloring, and treatment services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Duties
Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments according to client preferences and current trends.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Stay updated on the latest hair care techniques, trends, and products to provide high-quality services.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
Provide nail care and makeup application services as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a portfolio of work showcasing your skills in haircutting, coloring, and styling.
Knowledge of color theory and its application in hair treatments.
Experience in barbering is a plus.
Familiarity with front desk operations and store management is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to provide mentoring support to less experienced stylists is highly valued.
Additional skills in makeup application will enhance your candidacy.

Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
