- Support cash management activities by balancing registers and maintaining accurate cash records
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves as needed to enhance the shopping experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10-key typing proficiency
- Knowledge of financial services or banking products is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers

- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
