H Salon is looking for a talented, passionate hairstylist to join our modern, luxury boutique salon in Fairfield, CT.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of salon experience
- Existing clientele preferred but not required
- Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
- Friendly, professional, and team oriented
- Motivated to grow your career in a positive, upscale environment
Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling tools
- Knowledge of hair care products
- Familiarity with salon software systems such as ROSY for scheduling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
