The Masters Touch Hair Studio LLC. is a woman owned business in Sebastian, FL that has been open and servicing the Sebastian and surrounding areas for the past 11 years. We are located on a prime spot on US1 between 512 West and East bound traffic. Under the direction of the owner Melissia Young, the salon has achieved and maintained an astounding 4.9 star rating on Google; which provides a lot of foot traffic through our doors.
We are seeking individuals who consider themselves team players, lively, independent, and are passionate about hair, and focus on the quality of their work over quantity.
The application for Cosmetologists/Master Barbers process includes, a timed perm, a haircut, and foiling techniques. Except for non-master barbers, who are expected to preform men’s cuts and a shave.
It is an added bonus if you come prepared with an online or physical portfolio.
Please come prepared with two professional references.
We are looking for Booth renters, however commissioned stylists/barbers are still encouraged to apply. Seasoned and New stylists are welcome to come in andapply as well.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments, tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the salon environment.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and hair care techniques.
Mentor junior staff and assist in training new team members.
