Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to clients, ensuring they leave the salon feeling beautiful and satisfied. You will utilize your creativity and expertise in hair styling, along with your customer service skills, to build lasting relationships with clients and enhance their overall experience.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to meet client needs and lots of Blowouts.
Provide hair threading services as requested by clients.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software, such as MINDBODY, for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients’ hair care needs.
Assist clients with makeup application when required, enhancing their overall look.
Provide nail care services as part of comprehensive beauty treatments.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communications.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and techniques.
Familiarity with salon software systems is an advantage.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Retail math skills are beneficial for managing product sales and inventory.
Experience in makeup application.
