Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist and/or Nail Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate should be passionate about their craft, dedicated to top notch service, and staying updated on the latest trends in the industry. In addition, the ideal candidate will add to the positive team vibes, not detract from them.
Responsibilities:
– Provide professional hair care services including cutting, coloring, perming, and styling
– Provide professional nail services including spa mani/pedis, gel/classic manis, pedicures
– Perform thorough consultations with clients to obtain the results they’re looking for
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
– Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge base
– Wisconsin Cosmetology or Nail Technician license
– Knowledge of basic cutting, coloring, perming, and styling skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client consultations
– Knowledge of basic nail services, manicuring, pedicuring and gel polish
– Experience with front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and cash handling
– Time management skills to stay on task through out the work day
– Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients
