Job Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued
Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction
Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, styling, and other services like massages, color, shaving, and waxing
Utilize POS system accurately for notes and transactions
Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products and promotions
Work cohesively with the team to achieve performance goals
Job Requirements:
Valid Texas Cosmetologist or Barber License
Excellent client service and communication skills
At least one year of salon or barbershop experience
Proficiency in men’s grooming, haircuts, and beard care
Professional appearance and demeanor
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
