Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to meet client needs.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue.
Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment.
Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized consultations.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Ability to upsell services and products through effective communication and customer engagement.
Knowledge of retail math to manage sales effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Commitment to maintaining a sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.93 – $20.00 per hour
