– Provide a kids hair, including haircuts, styling.
– Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing salon software
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Recommend and sell retail products to clients based on their individual needs
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry

– Valid cosmetology license
– Knowledge of salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) for appointment scheduling and management
– customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
– Basic retail math skills for recommending and selling retail products
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
