We are seeking skilled and customer-focused beauty professionals—including barbers, hairdressers, nail technicians, and lash & brow specialists—to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about their craft, up-to-date on current trends, and dedicated to delivering exceptional grooming and beauty services in a clean, welcoming environment. You will be responsible for consulting with clients, performing services with professionalism and precision, and helping clients look and feel their best. The $125.00 is your weekly booth rental fee. Key Responsibilities (General for All Roles)
Provide high-quality beauty and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
Consult with clients to understand preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work areas.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Manage appointments and ensure punctuality.
Adhere to health and safety standards and licensing requirements.
Role-Specific Duties
Barber/Hairdresser:
Cut, trim, and style hair based on client preferences.
Perform shaves, beard trims, and scalp treatments.
Recommend haircare products and styling techniques.
Nail Technician:
Provide manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (e.g., gel, acrylic).
Ensure proper nail health and hygiene.
Stay updated with nail art and design trends.
Lash & Brow Specialist:
Apply eyelash extensions, lifts, tints, and brow shaping or tinting services.
Assess client needs and offer appropriate treatments.
Maintain precision and hygiene with tools and materials.
