We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the art of barbering and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
– Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves
– Provide consultations to clients on their desired look
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools and work area
– Keep up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
– Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
Skills
– Proficiency in barbering techniques and styles
– Knowledge of cosmetology principles
– Experience with MINDBODY software is a plus
– Ability to perform straight razor shaves
– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients
– Familiarity with eyelash extensions is advantageous
– Previous experience in store management, front desk duties, or retail sales is beneficial
