Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with an innovative and rapidly expanding company to recruit a Head of eCommerce.
Are you an experienced eCommerce professional with a passion for driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing brand as they expand both in the UK and into European markets.
The Role:
As the Head of eCommerce covering both B2B and B2C, you will take the lead on shaping and executing strategies to boost sales globally. Your focus will be on optimising both digital and physical customer journeys while driving revenue growth and expanding into European markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the European expansion strategy, managing logistics, compliance, and local customer needs.
- Drive digital marketing and acquisition strategies to maximise traffic and sales through paid search, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy for DTC and B2B channels, with a strong focus on UK and European growth.
- Enhance customer experience by optimising the shopping journey, from discovery to checkout and unboxing.
- Own the eCommerce P&L, making data-driven decisions to hit revenue and profitability targets.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing eCommerce team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Manage the end-to-end unboxing experience, ensuring it aligns with the brand identity and leaves a lasting impression.
The Person:
- Proven experience in eCommerce, with strong DTC and B2B knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and successful EU market expansion.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Skilled in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and enhancing the unboxing experience.
