Natasha Gan is one of Australia's fastest-growing women's fashion brands. Entirely D2C. A community of 90,000+ women who genuinely love what we make. And we're just getting started.
We design clothes for real Australian women — occasion wear that flatters, moves with the body, and makes women feel extraordinary. We manufacture through our own factory in Bali and we're now at the point where we need serious operational leadership to match where this brand is heading.
This role is for someone who has done this before at the highest level.
We're not looking for someone to manage what exists. We're looking for someone to walk in, assess the situation honestly, and build the production and supply chain infrastructure .
You'll have full ownership of our production strategy — where we manufacture, who we partner with, and how we scale. If the answer is to move production to China, bring in larger Indonesia factories, or build a hybrid model — you'll have the authority, the relationships, and the trust of the founders to make it happen.
What you'll own:
→ Full production strategy — factories, partners, geography, scale → Existing Bali factory operations — scheduling, quality, capacity → Identifying and onboarding new large-scale factory partners in China and Southeast Asia → Inventory planning — buffer stock on hero SKUs, cut-to-order on new styles → End-to-end supplier relationships — factories, fabric, packaging → Fulfilment operations and 3PL management → Weekly reporting direct to founders — one clean picture, no surprises
You are:
→ A senior operations or production leader with a track record at premium Australian fashion brands → Someone who has established factory relationships in China and Southeast Asia that you can activate immediately → Experienced in production transitions — you've moved manufacturing before and know how to do it without disrupting supply → Decisive — you walk into a situation, form a view, and act on it → Not looking for a corporate role with layers of process — you want real ownership and real impact → Based anywhere in Australia — with willingness to travel to Bali, China and production partners as required
