- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple retail stores.
- Achieve business targets and monitor key retail KPIs (Sales, Conversion, ATV, ASP, Footfall, Inventory).
- Ensure operational excellence, SOP compliance, and superior customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
- Manage inventory, minimize shrinkage, and optimize stock availability.
- Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to drive business growth.
- Support new store launches, expansion, and strategic retail initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in multi-store retail operations.
- Must have experience in accessories, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational excellence, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in retail MIS, sales analytics, and inventory management.
