QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree,
  • Minimum 5 years experience as HR Business Partner,
  • Has a background in recruitment, onboarding, HR practices and processes, employee relations, HR metrics,
  • Proficiency in Labour Law,
  • Good command of MS Office programs, especially in Excel,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus,
  • Ability to team work, detail and result oriented, analytical, strong communication and human relations skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The management of Head Office HR processes,
  • Responsible to whole recruiting process, onboarding, norm check, legal processes, exit interviews, talent management,
  • Supporting the HR processes of responsible teams in line with company policies and strategies,
  • Following up the promotion, appointment and internal candidates processes,
  • Supporting to resolve employee relations issues,
  • Analyzing organizational needs and ensuring coordination,
  • Reporting to the HRBP Group Manager of relevant HR metrics.
