We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our growing retail and fashion group. The role will be responsible for building HR structure, managing people operations, and supporting rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding across retail, HQ, and operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, contracts, and procedures
- Oversee performance management, evaluations, and KPIs
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR records
- Support leadership with organizational planning and culture building
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR (retail or fast-growing companies preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
