Your main objective as In-Store VIC Ambassador is to acquire and retain Top Clients within your boutique.
You can develop sincere and authentic relationships with your clients, enabling you to build a high-quality client portfolio. Most of your time will be dedicated to client recruitment and interaction.
You demonstrate excellent presentation and consistently display the highest level of professionalism in all behaviors, including communication and teamwork.
You will work in close collaboration with the Regional Retail Manager, Boutique Managers, Boutique Team and HQ VIC & Client Development teams where required, to propose and implement activities aimed at developing the existing client base.
Key Reponsibilities
Activating new VIC clients
Build your own VIC portfolio by recruiting new clients with strong potential, thereby contributing to the development of the boutique’s client base
Identify recruitment channels and participate in events to connect with potential Top Clients
Participate in local and international events organized by the Maison
Developing and retaining VIC clients
Collaborate with the HQ VIC & Client Development teams to propose client initiatives aligned with the brand’s DNA
Coordinate the implementation of unique and personalized experiences tailored to your VICs
Engage your Top Clients throughout the year via clienteling actions and propose reactivation plans for the client base
Ensure the highest level of service before, during, and after each VIC sale
Position yourself as a client expert in-store, consistently setting the example for the team, and act as a team player by supporting your colleagues in developing and retaining their own client portfolios
Proactively collaborate with your management on the selection and validation of VIC clients for each activation and event.
Contributing to commercial performance
Be a key player in achieving and surpassing the boutique’s commercial targets and KPIs, while delivering an exceptional, generous, and authentic client experience
Achieve your sales goals and contribute significantly to the boutique’s performance
Monitor and report CRM and performance indicators daily and proactively, and be able to report them to management during various reporting reviews
Fully master and take part in all operational aspects of the sales process: stock knowledge, visual merchandising, after-sales, etc
Person Specifications
Experience of minimum 5 years in luxury retail, ideally in a fashion environment
Has own portfolio of high end clients & VICs network
Proven track record of developing high net-wealth clients & VICs
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
Client-centric mindset with proven ability to deliver outstanding client experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Proactive, open-minded and creative
Fluent in English required, multilingual is a plus
Profiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; proficiency in CRM systems is a plus
Passion for fashion with an eye-for-detail
