Reporting directly to the Head of Creative and Studio, the Lead Artworker will take ownership of the artwork process from the initial brief to final sign-off across all print and digital mediums.

This pivotal role demands a visionary approach to youth culture and streetwear, ensuring that every asset produced remains unmistakably aligned with the Footasylum brand.

By centralising operations in-house, the retailer maintains strict quality control and champions more sustainable, efficient production practices, drastically reducing the environmental impact traditionally associated with outsourced global campaigns.

The successful candidate will lead an established team of creatives, navigating daily e-commerce shoots, extensive brand campaigns, and immersive in-store activations.

Footasylum requires an individual equipped with expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, alongside a meticulous eye for layout and typography.

Beyond technical expertise, the company places a premium on ethical leadership and humane team development.

The Lead Artworker will be expected to cultivate a supportive, growth-oriented environment, finding smarter ways of working while consistently bringing out the absolute best in their colleagues.
